Oh how time flies!!

If I could measure the past month, I would have to say that each week I spent home felt more like one day! It is amazing how fast time can fly!
It was an honour, a pleasure, and a blessing to be able to go home to Canada for 1 month. I spent that time with friends, family, supporters, and my home church. It was wonderful to see my parents after nearly a year apart, my brother and his wife after 3 months apart, as well as Sarah and Aaron Ortega two of my dearest friends.
I had the oppurtunity to spend my first week in Banff and was delighted to see my first snow fall of the year...who knew I'd have to wait until December! I was also able to relax and decompress from a very busy past 3 months. It was wonderful to be able to tell many people about the adventures I have been on and the experiences God has allowed me to enjoy!
Christmas was, as usual, a very special time. We were able to gather the five (soon to be six) of us and spend quality time together sharing gifts, playing games (not always enjoyed by all) and honour Jesus' birthday through prayer and scripture reading.
During my time home I also wanted to spend quality time with those who support me through prayer as well as financially. I was so blessed to be able to meet with many of you and enjoyed hearing about your lives and sharing about mine. God is so good, and I feel priviledged to have so many great people in my life.
So for those who helped make Christmas such a special time thank you! I look forward to sharing with you over the next year the blessings of God as well as hearing from you what the Lord is doing!
Keep reading this blog and please continue commenting! I love hearing from you all!
