YWAM has a tradition called the Love Feast. The Love Feast is a special dinner where we are able to gather as a YWAM family, enjoy each other's company and celebrate the love of Jesus and the love we have for each other. We always have a Love Feast when a DTS is in session we had the pleasure of having it this evening. This year, one of our staff's parents were in town and cooked us a beautiful meal. We got to sit down at beautifully decorated tables, dressed in our best, and reflect on all that God has done over the past few months in particular.
This evening we also had another important event. We had our special offering where all the students and staff seek God as to how much they should give and then place it in the offering basket. The deadline for the outreach finances
was this past wednesday and a few of our student's were short money, $6440.12 to be exact. So as we circled the basket around we prayed that God would multiply the "loaves and fishes" we were giving.
was this past wednesday and a few of our student's were short money, $6440.12 to be exact. So as we circled the basket around we prayed that God would multiply the "loaves and fishes" we were giving. He certainly did! Not only did we receive all the money we needed but way more. By the end of the evening we had received from the staff, students, and extended family $9864.95! Jehovah Jireh truly is our provider! It was incredible to see God work as He always does to provide for the needs of His children!
This was truly one of the best evenings of this DTS so far. It was a blessing to be among such amazing people, to bask in God's presence with others, and to see Him work in such an incredible way! All glory be to God!

Yeah God! I am so excited that God provided everything for outreach. Know that I am praying for you and everyone else as you leave next week. Also I wanted to let you know that your pictures are amazing! I loved looking through your "Art" pictures on facebook. They look so good! I am excited that you were blessed with an amazing camera and it looks like some nice lenses. Have a wonderful time on outreach and keep us update on what God continues to do in and through you!
Cindy that blog was awesome dude. I believe God is going to show a lot of freedom in this outreach (during your ministry time) and the plans are going to change for the better. I am so excited I wish I was a part of this team. Anyways I am glad to know where God has you and what happening in your life.
